TAXES
The Users are responsible for paying any and all taxes or commissions related to the Rewards
earned by them through the Referral Programs on the Platform. GAME YOUTH CLUB reserves
the right to withhold taxes as appropriate and as required under Applicable Laws.
GAME OF SKILL
- In providing the game on the Platform, By virtue of its classification as a game of skill,
fantasy sports do not violate the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and is excluded from the
ambit of certain Indian gambling legislations. - The Indian Supreme Court in the cases of State of Andhra Pradesh v. K Satyanarayana
(AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153) has
held that a game in which success depends predominantly upon the superior
knowledge, training, attention, experience and adroitness of the player shall be

Gumber v. Union Territory of Chandigarh and of the Bombay High Court in Gurdeep

CLUB are games of ‘mere skill’ as the result is not dependent on winning or losing of
any particular team in the real world, but depends on the performance of each player
selected by a user which involves considerable skill, judgement and discretion and
further, the success therein depended on one’s superior knowledge of the relevant
sport, prudent judgment and attention. - In providing the GAME YOUTH CLUB’s game on the Platform, GAME YOUTH CLUB Team takes
great care to comply with all central and state legislations in India to ensure that the Users
are fully protected. GAME YOUTH CLUB’s Games is carefully designed to comply with all
applicable statutes and regulations in India.
